This will help reduce employee and family stress and increase comfort level, and, consequently, increase productivity in the new environment and with the company. When these services are provided to the relocating family, the employee spends less time out of the office and the transition for the entire family is much smoother.

The program begins with an interview or completion of a needs questionnaire in order to determine the family’s specific requirements and desires. Our consultant gathers the relevant information prior to the family’s move to the new location. A local orientation will be strategically arranged according to the needs and schedule of the family.
